Executive Learning Lab – HR West 2016 – The Other ‘F’ Word: Putting Failure to Work

Every organization wants success: excellent performance, growth, innovation, and genuine employee engagement. Yet, growth requires innovation. Innovation requires risk. Risk involves failure.

Similarly, great workplaces are grounded in trust. Trust that is usually forged not when things are going well, rather how the culture responds to adversity. How can your organization become more savvy in dealing with failure, the other ‘f’ word? Find out how smart leaders, teams and entrepreneurs put failure to work, turning it from a regret to a strategic resource.

In this engaging, interactive session you’ll learn practical ways to:

  • Relate failure to organizational growth, innovation and employee engagement
  • Apply the Failure Value Cycle in your organization, with examples from other firms
  • Expand your repertoire of techniques and resources to make your organization more failure-savvy

The Executive Learning Lab takes place in conjunction with HR West 2016. March 7, 2016, 9:00am-4:00pm
Attend just the Lab, or Add it to the Full Conference and receive $200 off.
