We swim in a sea of feedback. Sometimes it’s formal, as in performance reviews. Other times it’s informal, like when our edits aren’t incorporated into the project plan. Rather than focusing exclusively on delivering feedback, we should be focusing on how to better receive feedback. In this session, we take a hard look at our common triggered reactions to feedback, and how to turn even off-base, crazy-making feedback into real learning and growth.
