Workplace Application:  Develop strategies to ensure your organization’s wellness programs are in compliance with federal and state requirements.

Laws like the ADA and GINA limit an employer’s ability to request certain health-related information about its employees.  New regulations will take effect under both laws on January 1, 2017.  These new rules offer insight into how to structure an employee wellness program without running afoul of legal requirements.  This session will break down these legal requirements so attendees understand and apply them to their companies’ wellness offerings.
