Carolyn Rashby represents and counsels management on a wide range of employment matters, including wage and hour, leaves of absence, discrimination, harassment, and employee handbooks and personnel practices.
Rashby has written hundreds of articles and employer compliance materials touching on all aspects of California employment law, and is a frequent speaker for HR groups.
She currently serves on the NCHRA Governing Board of Directors.
