Gregg Ward is the CEO of the consulting and training firm, the Gregg Ward Group, with over 25 years of professional experience helping clients in North America and Western Europe manage business challenges in the areas of Respectful Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, and Organizational Development.
Gregg’s new best-selling business book, The Respectful Leader: seven ways to influence without intimidation, was released by publisher John Wiley & Sons on August 1st of 2016. Amazon’s Editors immediately awarded it Best Book of the Month. He is also the author of Bad Behavior, People Problems & Sticky Situations: a toolbook for managers and team leaders.
Gregg received his undergraduate degree from Boston University, lectured at The University of Edinburgh and is a Founding Member of the Professional Coaches Advisory Board. He is a Board Certified Coach (BCC), holds credentials from the National Conflict Resolution Center, is an adjunct Executive Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership, and is certified in facilitating numerous assessments including FIRO-B, Leadership 360, MBTI and DISC. He is based in San Diego where he volunteers as a Little League umpire.
