Mr. Carrigan handles all aspects of labor and employment law and related litigation on behalf of employers in a wide range of industries, including health care, education, manufacturing, restaurants and retail. He has developed and audited employment and pay policies, overseen employment investigations, negotiated employment and severance agreements, and responded to various agency charges. Mr. Carrigan also has extensive experience litigating employment-related disputes before state and federal courts and in arbitration, defending clients against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment, and violations of wage and hour laws.
