Asked by top-tier businesses to develop pragmatic population well-being solutions to their real-life healthcare challenges, John Halloran, CEO of Mobile Health, founded the Palo Alto-based company in 2012. By leveraging the mobile devices consumers already use daily, Mobile Health delivers healthcare cost management capabilities to employers and their healthcare advisors, and engages employees through personalized navigation through the healthcare ecosystem. Earlier in his career, Halloran was the CEO and founder of Worldwide Compensation, Inc. (WWC), which was twice lauded by industry researchers at Gartner as the Best-in-Class Provider of a Global Compensation Planning solution. After WWC was acquired by Oracle [Taleo] in 2010, Halloran continued to drive the company’s success, achieving more than 70% growth in the product line from 2010 to 2011. Before that, he was the Sales Leader Western Region for Workscape’s benefits outsourcing business, prior to its acquisition by ADP. Halloran holds an MBA from The Paul Merage School of Business at University of California, Irvine and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of New Hampshire.
