Dr. Kendrick has worked in human resources for two decades, with experience in areas related to global expansion, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, workforce planning, recruitment, retention, diversity, and leadership development. His comments have been featured in the New York Post and his academic work appears in the second issue of EEO-Insights, a refereed journal for diversity professionals.
Klint has started HR Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) roundtables in Seattle, Chicago, and online. He has presented on HR M&A topics for Bloomberg BNA, The Conference Board’s annual HR M&A lab, for a Fortune 500 M&A roundtable, and at HR West. He frequently presents to industry associates and local SHRM chapters on issues of M&A due diligence, integration, and culture.
He holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, an MBA from California State University Dominguez Hills, and has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources and SHRM Senior Certified Professional designations. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
