Ms. Topliff has specialized in employment law counseling, training and workplace investigations for over 20 years. She regularly conducts fact-finding investigations for a wide variety of industries, advises human resources professionals on how to effectively investigate and provides one-on-one sensitivity training to those in need. She has been a speaker and facilitator for NCHRA on many employment law topics over the years. She is a published author on legal issues impacting the workplace and publishes the Workplace Wave. She is a past member of NCHRA’s Governing Board of Directors.
