In her counseling practice, Ms. Wang has advised Fortune 500 companies and small employers on a variety of employment and labor laws, including wage and hour issues, terminations and reductions in force, leaves of absence, performance management, harassment, retaliation, personnel handbooks and policies, workplace investigations, trade secrets, unfair competition, employee privacy issues, and other personnel matters.
