Miriam has 23 years experience in consulting, working across a range of industries. Her consulting roots are in change management and organizational transformation. Over the decades Miriam has expanded her experience into HR strategy, mergers and acquisitions, employee engagement and more. She passionately believes that people are truly an organization’s competitive advantage – evermore so in an increasingly complex and fast-changing world. Prior to joining EY Miriam was West Region leader for Willis Towers Watson where she spent 22 years of her career. Her personal leadership experience adds pragmatic, real-world depth to her consulting. She spent the first 7 years of her career in the oil industry.
