Mita Goldar, Ph.D., has been with Corporate Marketing in the Market Insights group as Director of Data Analytics in the ADP Research Institute for the last three years. She handles production and publication of quarterly Workforce Vitality Report along with other research projects related to labor market and the Human Capital Management to enhance ADP’s brand image as a thought leader.
Prior to joining ADP, Goldar worked as a Statistician, Market Analyst at financial institutions American Express and Citigroup where she performed modeling and analysis of consumer products, market segmentation, customer profiling, portfolio management and risk metric using big data. Before that she held a position at AT&T forecasting revenues for various consumer products, long-term/short-term planning and budgeting and attribution analysis.
Goldar also taught several economics, finance, and accounting classes at the undergraduate and graduate levels within the system of City University of New York (CUNY) and Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from City University of New York, M.B.A from University of West Georgia and a M.S. and B.S. in Physics from University of Delhi, India.
