Scott relocated to San Jose, CA after co-leading the Deloitte China National Global Employer Services (GES) practice, where in addition to serving clients from nine offices, he was the Asia Pacific Immigration and International Human Resources co-sourcing leader. Prior to his China role, he co-led the Tokyo Human Capital practice for Arthur Andersen and before joining Arthur Andersen, Scott was an Auditor for the US Air Force.
Scott primarily serves clients in the technology, media and telecommunications industry. He also leads various GES innovation and markets initiatives. Scott has 26 years of experience consulting in international human resources and international entity and individual taxation, and has accumulated a practical working knowledge of U.S., Japan, China, and Hong Kong compensation and tax matters. During that time, he has helped clients design and operationalize a wide array of global talent and rewards programs.
