The USF MSOD prioritizes hands-on experience that prepares you to lead and succeed. Study theories and models of OD, practice participatory action research, and develop skills to effectively contribute to, manage, and lead teams. Evening and weekend classes, located in the heart of Downtown San Francisco, help busy professionals achieve their educational goals. Small class sizes promote one-on-one attention and deep relationship building among students and faculty. In addition to the MSOD, the USF School of Management offers seven unique degrees spanning the private, public and nonprofit sectors. USF students can expect to develop a global perspective and deeper understanding of social justice and diverse cultures, in keeping with our Jesuit academic tradition.
